Within 24 hours, your treats will be at home, but if you live on the islands or in Calabria, your furry friend will have to wait another day (48h).

Once you give the go-ahead with payment, we get everything ready for the next day!

Track the shipment

We'll provide you with a tracking code, kind of like giving your dog a bone! Use this code on BRT, entering it in the CUSTOMER PARCEL ID section. If your package seems to have found a new hiding place, please visit BRT official support or boo (contact us) via email or phone.

And, just like an excited puppy, we'll even send you a text and an EMAIL with your shipping code! 💌🎉
